RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Partner with customers (salary and/or hourly) to integrate people solutions that support key customer business strategies. As an AP HR team member, work with cross functional HR team members to analyze,

 

design and implement high quality HR products, processes, services and systems. Serve as an employee advocate to facilitate communication, manage conflicts, consult, coach and teach customers on various items to achieve key business objectives. Maintain a strong human resources presence in the customers' work area(s) to proactively support all employees. Address employee concerns or complaints, develop resolutions and counsel all employees on various complex HR matters. Familiar with skill team processes, surveys, laws and regulations, labor agreements, business plans and business principles as they relate to personnel matters. Consult with employees, managers, and senior managers to maximize effectiveness of HR products, processes and services.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

 

Demonstrated commitment to providing premium HR services and customer satisfaction. Proactively engages with customers and teams. Strong focus on effective participation with teams to accomplish team goals. Exceptional team building skills with multiple organizations and levels. Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and fulfill commitments in a fast paced, changing environment. Must have experience with conflict resolution, team building and collaborative working relationships.
