RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Perform Architectural Designs for new building construction and renovations using AutoCAD. Design and draw plans, floor plans, floor layouts, door schedules, window schedules, wall sections, flashing detail, renderings, etc. in accordance with applicable building codes and standards. Update architectural drawings and backgrounds using AutoCAD.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

 

The ability to perform Architectural building design using AutoCAD. Knowledge of Architectural Principles and Methodology. Knowledge of applicable Architectural regulations/standards, codes and ordinances. Must be proficient in AutoCAD. A degree in a Architecture or equivalent experience is required.
