RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Develops schedule structures (e.g. WBS, IMP/IMPS, OBS) to ensure horizontal and vertical trace ability of integrated schedules. Conducts performance analysis to develop and coordinate integrated schedules, resource plans, and forecasts for internal and external customers using (EVMS) earned value management criteria and automated tools. Performs baseline, networking, critical path and float analysis to develop and coordinate integrated schedules, networks, resource plans and forecasts for internal customers. Perform various analyses such as critical path & float, risk assessment, recovery planning, predictive analysis, what if & lead time/duration analysis, to accurately understand program or project status. Recommend corrective action/mitigation to ensure cost & schedule targets are achieved.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

 

Bachelor's Degree required. 6 to 9 years related work experience. Experience in aerospace is a plus.

 

Previous experience as a detailed master scheduler or program scheduler on both non-recurring & recurring project/program desired.
