RESPONSIBILITIES: This individual will serve as a Senior Level Flash software developer on the IWS project supporting; Web (Internet and Intranet), HR Personnel Systems/Portals, e-Learning Projects (Web-Based Training (WBT) & Online Help) development efforts. This person will also provide digital graphic support on an as-needed basis, per client requirements. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Expert working experience required with Web software development utilizing Adobe Flash 8.0 and ActionScript 2.0 , .flv compression and optimization, streamlined code-based and variable driven design, knowledge of bandwidth restrictions and utilization of optimized Action Script, audio visual design, graphic design, training videos, e-Learning applications, Web/Internet development, Web page design/graphic arts. Must have an advanced understanding of OOP programming and architecture and integration of Web Services as applied to integration of Flash into a .NET framework. The candidate should also have solid .NET software development skills as well as robust database knowledge (Oracle and SQL). The following are basic minimum qualifications for the position: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years experience: HTML, PHP, JavaScript. Knowledge of manipulating video with compression, bandwidths. Knowledge of video and audio within Flash. Expert working knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash 8.0, Dreamweaver, and Streaming Media. Knowledge of U.S. Army Human Resources systems/applications desired. Strong Web interface design skills required. Print production experience a plus. 3D Animation experience a plus. Familiarity of 508 Standards as applied to Flash and Web Development. Candidate must have 6 years expert experience with the following: Microsoft Developer Studio, Web Designer, Oracle SQL*Plus, SQL Server, Web Developer, Software Developer, .NET, Designer, Java, Web Services, Database Tools/Utilities, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash, Multimedia Guru, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Fireworks, JavaScript and Programmer. Preferred candidate with the following experience: RoboDemo, Color Swapping, Human Resource, Alpha Channel Masks, Printing-Offset, CMYK Color Corrections, RoboHelp, Cloning, Clipping paths, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, ICC profiles and RGB Color Correction. Education Level: Computer Information Systems (CIS) Bachelors degree.
