RESPONSIBILITES:

 

Develops, coordinates, analyzes and maintains integrated schedules, and resource plans for the Delta IV program. Integrates schedules for all phases of programs or projects from inception through completion to meet mission objectives. Provides management with a complete understanding of the current schedule, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions related to future performance. Analyzes Performs schedule trend and variance analyses, and risk assessments, using historical and forecast data. Maintains integrated schedule baseline. Maintains master schedule for project tasks including preparation, updating, revising, maintaining, coordinating and communicating project schedules to Management and team members. Runs daily operations schedules, publishes and distributes to the team.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

 

Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Develop, maintain, status of plans and schedules and integrate all activities required to plan, design, build, test and deliver a project throughout its lifecycle. Requires proficiency in developing Critical Path Method Schedules. Knowledge of Project management scheduling. Must be able to Quickly Re-Analyze schedule data. Develop. Provide Results / Recommendations to Management. Identify and communicate major schedule risk areas to management. Ensure that commitments are documented, disseminated, and incorporated into program schedules. Understands schedule issues and meets with appropriate personnel to obtain and validate schedule information, including identifying scope of work; task duration; coordination requirements; level of detail required; project milestones; and other required information necessary to create a comprehensive schedule. Develop logically integrated schedules by documenting key relationships and interdependencies of scheduled activities to identify tasks (e.g., critical path, near critical path activities) that are most likely to pace completion of program objectives. Project Management scheduling tool (Microsoft Project, etc.) knowledge or Proficiency in AMS Real-time Projects is preferred. Must have advanced skills in the use of general office equipment and software applications, including Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook.
