This is an On-Call position! RESPONSIBILITIES: "Desktop Publishing" - create organizational charts, input data into templates, scanning, solid command of MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Candidates must know how to publish, large documents, in Word, using the advanced features of MS Word. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word, e.g., applying styles, creation of tables, insertion of graphic, automating Table of Contents, List of Figures, List of Tables, Acronym List and creation of equations and formulas. Major Tasks: Integrates text and graphics from an intermediate level on complex documents. "Expert of Microsoft Word" -Advanced skills in Microsoft Word to efficiently create documentation. Proficient in using several Word features including formatting, incorporating graphics, table of contents and indexing, styles, templates, tables and mail merge. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Integrates text and graphics from an intermediate level of standard applications for the development of professional and technical digital and print media (e.g., publications, presentations, charts and proposals). Transfers and converts files into a consistent, useable format using a variety of standard software applications. Applies intermediate publication and illustration software applications, conversion tools, on-line resources and scanners, under guidance to design, format, proof, and produce a variety of technical, business and promotional material for print and digital delivery.
