Candidate must have 5 years experience with the following: Field Technician, Hardware Installation & Upgrade, Software Installation & Upgrade, Customer Service and IMAC Technician. Experience performing Laptop/Desktop refreshes; i.e. performing data backup/migration, reimaging, patch/security up dates, and hardware break fix. Skills/Certifications: A+ required. Desired: MCP, MCSA, MCSE. Education Level: Computer Science Associate degree.
