REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: The successful candidate will bring airline maintenance planning experience to assist in the development and management of pilot test and validation plans, and in the definition of deliverables for the successful completion of GoldCare pilot testing and validation activities. The candidate will discuss pilot objectives and deliverables with other project teams to obtain understanding and acceptance of work scope and assignments. The applicant will act as point of contact to all GoldCare stakeholders regarding pilot activities. Ensure that project control systems are in place and integrate project data for decision makers. Lead activities to develop and execute strategies and plans to support Gold Care business development. Use Issue and Action Management process and maintain and track issues and communicate pilot status to senior management. Coordinate and monitor the operational aspects of all pilot activities and serves as liaison between the pilot team and the Enabler teams. With all pilot participants and stakeholders, establish specific pilot deliverables, scope and completion sequence, and schedule commitments in order to maximize efficiency of pilot plans. Implement Program Management Best Practices to ensure performance to agreed pilot plans. Compile and/or direct the collection of pilot metric data, lessons learned, and historical data to perform trend analysis. Recommend changes and further development activities. Work with others to identify and track project risks. RESPONSIBILITIES: Bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge and experience with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) 25, 121, 145 as related to Airline and/or MRO maintenance operations, as they relate to airline maintenance planning. Strongly recommend previous project/program management experience in an Airline and/or MRO maintenance operation. Airframe and Powerplant license a plus. Must have the ability to multi-task and shift priorities with out compromising work assigned. Candidate must demonstrate a well-developed ability to communicate verbally and in written form. Must be a self-starter, an excellent team player, have the ability to multi-function, be results oriented, a responsible leader capable of sustaining high performance with typical high work load, and deliver high quality products on time and within budget.
