RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Define specifications for optical fabrication equipment. Identifies best equipment and vendor. Generates capital requests. Coordinates installation and qualification testing of new machinery. Coordinates equipment upgrades. Supports advanced equipment preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. Conducts process engineering experiments to optimize equipment performance.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

 

Experience with advanced CNC controlled optical fabrication equipment.

 

EDUCATION:

 

B.S. Engineering
