RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Works as a second level support contact for end-users. Investigates, and documents trouble call reports that require second tier support. Tracks trouble calls as they progress to either the onsite Siemens PLM consultants, support, or through the GTAC Support system. Acts as a liaison between Siemens PLM Services and client first level support personnel

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Familiar with basic NX and Teamcenter usage, depending on their assigned areas of support. When supporting NX, should understand the user interface, coordinate systems, sketch task environment, curve operations, datum features, swept features, part structure, face operations, edge operations, assemblies, and drafting capabilities. Teamcenter production support should be familiar with the basic user interface concepts, and navigation, including My Teamcenter, Items and revisions, datasets, forms, data security and organizations, searches, queries, Report Builder, Structure Manager, workflow editing and usage, visualization, markups, change management, and Revision rules. Should be proficient with troubleshooting concepts, and possess excellent written and oral communications skills. Should have the ability to work closely and productively with end-users, and provide limited training and mentoring when needed. Experience in Aerospace, Defense and Shipbuilding. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Engineering.
