Chipton-Ross is a leading supplier of contract and permanent labor services to the world’s largest Aerospace, Manufacturing and Information technology companies in the world. Working in partnership with fellow recruiters, the successful candidate will be asked to develop strategic recruiting efforts by using state of the art technology and other methodologies to develop innovative ways to source, recruit and qualify the world’s top talent.
We are currently seeking several recruiters to join our team in Long Beach, CA, and El Segundo, CA.
We are looking for highly motivated, high energy individuals that can multi-task. A person who has a sense of urgency while maintaining quality. A great communicator who develops relationships on a daily basis. Someone who likes to work in partnerships as well as being self starter.
-Identify, source, and qualify top level talent/candidates and then presenting their skill set to our partners and clients.
-Utilize our database, resume banks, search engines, job fairs, social media, and other innovative ideas identify quality candidates.
-Prescreen, interview, and extend offers to candidates.
-Ensure the ATS database is kept current and accurate.
-Be educated on all employment compliance regulations.
-Maintain strong, long term relationships with candidates and clients.
-Meet monthly goals set by Chipton-Ross recruitment standards.
-Proven ability to go beyond the minimum requirements
-High sense of urgency and ability to jump on tasks immediately
-Must be comfortable on the telephone and with computers.
-Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
-Prefer prior recruiting, inside/outside sales or retail sales experience. Other backgrounds may be considered.
