Chipton Ross is seeking a Project Controls Specialist for a contract assignment in Hood River, OR.
•Reviews and loads resources from time-phased basis of estimates into project templates.
•Provide Cost Performance report using Standard EVM metrics
•Assist with baseline change management.
•Assist with creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for tracking detailed breakdown of costs for projects
•Input updates to Estimate at Complete (EAC) forecast for projects
•Assist with the development of an earned value tracking document.
•Assist with integrating data from one program to another.
•Performs cost data analysis and development.
•Understands the interaction between cost and schedule data.
•Must be proficient with MS Project.
•Working knowledge of Integrated Scheduling and Cost Management practices.
•Experience with Earned Value Management.
•Must demonstrate advanced MS Excel abilities (Example: vLookup/Pivot Tables)
•Knowledge of CAS and GAAP preferred.
•Knowledge of cost management software (Cobra, Primavera, etc) software tools a plus.
•3-5 years’ experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years’ experience with a Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
