Description: Chipton-Ross is seeking a Functional Support Specialist for an opening in Bingen, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs variety of administrative support for functional, departmental or a specific project. Gathers, inputs, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. Responds to inquiries and provides data and information to stakeholders regarding processes and procedures.
•Full knowledge of the job. Substantial acquaintance with and understanding of general aspects of the job with a broad understanding of the detailed aspects of the job.
•General supervision and instructions given for routine work, and detailed instructions given for new activities or special assignments.
•Errors may be detected and corrected but may cause moderate loss of time or customer/user dissatisfaction.
•Contacts are typically with individuals within own department and occasionally with contacts outside own organization. Contacts involve obtaining or providing information or data requiring some explanation or interpretation.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Works effectively and cooperatively with others; establishes and maintains good working relationships.
•Ability to utilize technological tools (e.g., PC's, web sites) and business system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data relevant to workloads, responsibilities, problem identifications and resolutions. Ability to operate relevant personal computing hardware (e.g., personal computers, software, printers, storage media) and standard software (e.g., word processing, graphics packages, spreadsheets/databases).
•Deals effectively with others in an antagonistic situation: uses appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict between two or more people.
•Effectively manages one's time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
•Accomplishes tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; shows concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checks processes and tasks; is watchful over a period of time.
•Ability to safeguard sensitive information.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
Accredited High School and 2 years of related experience.

WORK HOURS: 9/80 WORK WEEK
