Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Production Control Expeditor II (2) for an opening in Orlando, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
oReleases manufacturing orders to the production floor
oExpedites material shortages and remains up to date on their status throughout their lifecycle
oEnsures production floor needs (i.e. replacement hardware, floor stock, limited life items, etc.) are addressed in a timely manner to maintain schedule
oCoordinates support from Material Control and Process Engineering to meet the needs of the production floor.
oFollows and audits the physical progress of materials through the manufacturing process to ensure conformance to schedule
oReports problems for corrective action
oTracks limited life inventory and places orders to maintain stock based on planned needs

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
oClear thinker and dynamic problem solver
oAbility to interface and communicate with various departments
oAdministrative and organization skills
oGood written and verbal communication and teamwork skills
oSelf-motivated individual with a track record of meeting daily goals
oWillingness to help in other departments (i.e stockroom, etc)
oKnowledge of work stations and computer systems

Must have basic computer skills including email, internet, Costpoint (or other MRP systems) and the ability to navigate through required computer programs
