Description: Chipton Ross is seeking a Quality Technician/Inspector in Batesville, IN.


JOB SUMMARY:
This QA/RA role is responsible for supporting the quality & regulatory related matters associated with support for medical bed devices at the Batesville Business site. The Quality Engineering Technician provides support of the quality aspect of the manufacturing process and/or components for compliance with quality standards. Ensure compliance with QSR regulations and internal policies and procedures. Maintain a teamwork approach to all tasks and nurtures professional relationships with other departments and outside agencies. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all Quality Records along with the company's regulatory compliance profile per 21CFR820 regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Other duties may be assigned:
" Ensure the Device History Records are properly and accurately completed.
" Serve as a primary point of contact for rapid and effective corrections of quality issues identified with the Device History Record.
" Provide training to ensure proper completion and accurate GDP used with the Device History Record.
" Ensure the NCMR's have been properly documented and closed prior to release of the product for distribution.
" Release the product for distribution by properly signing the Device History Record.
" Complete the required documentation for properly entering the Device History Records in the Document Control System.
" Perform audits to include testing and visual inspection of products.
" Capable of performing non-routine or complex tasks.
" Observes, records, and analyzes data to maintain daily audit reports.
" May require developing new procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
" Prefer 2 yr technical degree or equivalent work experience.
" Good working knowledge of SOP's, Quality Manual and Quality Standards Manual.
" Knowledge of FDA and ISO standards.
" Strong organizational/documentation skills.
" Computer skills.
" Be able to represent Client in a professional manner.
" Demonstrated high attention to detail
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED.
