Description: Chipton-Ross is seeking a DC Customer Service Administrator for an opening in Woburn, MA.

This is a part-time (20-25hr a week) individual whose sole responsibility will be to gather and maintain accuracy of data from sales representatives and keep (SFDC) and/or other CRM tools up to date with pipeline, orders forecast, requested ship dates, revenue req dates and other key information required to complete monthly STF reviews and manage the business.

• Interview, by email or phone, sales reps to gather information on their upcoming deals at a minimum on a weekly basis
• Process required updates to SFDC
• Run periodic reports to determine current SFDC state to be used before interviews and to confirm after updates are made.
• Produce weekly status report of activities
• Generate timely reports as required by Sales, Finance, Product Line and Executive teams

Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems required, preferably (SFDC) and SFDC reporting. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to exchange information with employees.

Associates Degree or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of account management/customer service related experience preferably in a high-technology manufacturing environment.
