This position is business partner with the assigned responsibility for overall Business Analysis. Responsible for: analyzing overall financial performance and business related activities for Contracts and Accounting as well as internal business plans and forecasts. Liaise with Accounting/Contracts department staff. Develop recommended strategies and initiatives to reduce program/business unit cost. Develop and defend business cases for incentive fee. Assist contracts staff and customer to identify/recommends solution to resolve serious/significant profit and loss issues that may arise. Develop Overhead budgets and performance commitments. Coordinate program and contract performance reviews including EVM data. Manage analysis process required to support Program performance (capital investments, risk indemnification and mitigation plan, B&P budgets, etc.). Analyze performance to plan and ongoing development of financial forecasts (e.g., Monthly Report). Coordinate development of program metrics and performance analysis. Coordinate and support of all Business Management and Program teams in proposal/REA preparation, evaluation, cost and pricing, financial analysis, and negotiations. Monitor performance to contract and recommend appropriate strategies to ensure program profitability. Establish and maintain document control for policies, procedures and work instructions for the business group. Engage at senior levels within the company and the customer on abnormally complex financial and contractual issues. Directly responsible for alignment of contract performance targets to plan including P&L accountability.

Proficient in Excel and fundamental business practices.
Experience in financial and contractual disciplines including accounting, financial reporting, rates, financial planning, contracts and contract analysis, operations and able to fully apply these many disciplines to the success of the assigned programs and the Sector.
Must have strong financial planning and forecasting capabilities and develop Annual Operating Plans, and Long Range Strategic plans.
Incumbent also maintains knowledge of corporate policies and procedures.
Operations, Finance and Accounting, and P&L knowledge or equivalent.
Specific technical knowledge includes profit and loss, forecasting, accounting, budgets, financial, labor and capital planning, cash flow analysis, SEC compliance, CAS/FAR compliance, EVMS principals, solid financial and government accounting experience.
Excellent written and oral communications.

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other financial discipline. MBA preferred.
