Description: Chipton-Ross is seeking a Analyst, Material Planning and Control for an opening in Jupiter, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
50% - Maintain and generate Program Planning Requirements - Release Supplier Requisitions and Shop Orders for both MBOM and independent demand requirements. Identify and initiate Program Inventory Surplus/Close Out.
20% - Advise Program Management of problems or conflicts related to achieving the scheduled milestones. Interface with Program Manager, Integrated Product Team (IPT) team members, Procurement and planning to mitigate risk to schedule due to real or pending hardware shortages.
10% - Coordinate with other organizations as needed to ensure that schedule commitments are being met. Interface with other Master Schedulers in support of the Integrated Production Master Schedule to resolve conflicts with other programs.
20% - Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the specific program effort.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Strong knowledge and experience with PLM and ERP / MRP system integration
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-function / cross-site teams
- Operations, Procurement, Scheduling and Engineering Value Stream experience

EDUCATION:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and three (3) years of directly related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

WORK HOURS:
5/40, Full-Time
