Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Product Trainer 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Eglin AFB.
Provide pilot subject matter expertise (SME) for all variants.
Provide initial disposition of customer comments related to training materials.
Repair and enhance pilot training materials across the enterprise.
Maintain electronic briefing guides and materials.
The selected candidate, plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids as required. Develops criteria for evaluating training effectiveness. Specifically, develop, update and sustain F-35 Enterprise Pilot Courseware as part of the Training Systems Support Center at Eglin AFB.
BA or BS degree in related discipline with 10 Years of experience in a training and/or training support role (Pilot).
Military fast-jet experience required.
Military training systems and/or instructional systems design experience desired F-35 pilot experience a plus.
BA or BS degree in related discipline.
5/40 workweek. There would be a set schedule to begin with but there would be some flexibility with that. There will be a set number of available hours / week - approximately 15-20 hours / week max.
