Description


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
HS Diploma/ GED and 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Must have experience with Program MasterCAMX9+, Set up Mills and Lathes and Operate.
Capable of manufacturing very complex close tolerance machined hardware in a variety of materials, from Titanium, Invar, Kovar, Inconel, Macor, Fiberglass Epoxy, Aluminum etc.
Programming in MasterCam version 9 or higher, creating geometry or using Solid Models, IGES, STEP, DXF files, and 3 dimensional advanced programming techniques is a must.
The applicant should also be well versed in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance per ANSI 14.5M 1982/1994 specifications to interpret true position and tolerance requirements.
Capable of using FADAL, HAAS & Mazak CNC milling and turning machines as well as using all manual support equipment and inspection tools to manufacture hardware with little or no direct supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Mechanical Technician / Machinist with minimum of 12 years' experience.
Experience on Mazak I300 a plus.
Duration: Jul 9, 2018 to Jul 5, 2019.

EDUCATION:
HS Diploma/ GED is required.

HOURS:
This requisition is to fill a night shift position. Could lead to an offer of direct employment.
Workweek: 9/80; 2nd shift: 3:30 PM until 1:00 AM. Can also be 1st shift.
