Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking 6 Product Repair/Mod Technicians C located in Mountain Home AFB, ID

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Individuals must possess their own personal standard tools and possess personal safety shoes compliant with ANSI standards.

Demonstrates the capability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical orders, process specification, and retrofit requirements to perform electrical modification/repair. Experienced in the use of tooling assemblies and fixtures for depot level modification and repair of electrical wiring. Able to perform connector terminations including shielded wires, coaxial cables, and fiber optic wiring. Ability and understanding of routing instructions and handling of harnesses. Perform efforts associated with sealing, wrapping, bonding, tying, and closure of wire harnesses and cables in accordance with standard processes.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED and typically 4 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
6 AM - 2:30 PM
Individual must be willing to work nights and overtime as required.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.

Per Diem will be authorized for personnel who reside outside the 75 mile radius and maintain a primary household throughout duration.

Candidate may be asked to travel to other locations.
