Description
Position Summary: The QA Clerk is responsible for providing clerical support to Quality Inspection area.

Responsibilities:
o Reviewing and organizing job orders and associated documents.
o Scanning of documents.
o Preparation of documents for off-site storage.
o Documentation review.
o Processing of RMA's.
o Performs other duties as requested.

Requirements:
o High School diploma or GED equivalent.
o Read, write, and interpret the English language required.
o Ability to work under minimal supervision.
o Take on additional duties as needed and have the ability to learn new skills.
o Must be a team-player, possess outstanding customer service skills and be self-motivated.
o Acts with a sense of urgency, illustrates ambition, and drives for completion of tasks and projects.
o Must have the ability to initiative and develop creative solutions.
o Possess the ability to manage time and prioritize critical priorities.
o Must demonstrate the ability to increase knowledge.

Education: o High School diploma or GED equivalent
