Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Freezer Mgmt/Pipette Calibration Site Specialist II for an opening in Foster City, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pipette Management Services i. Collection of pipettes two (2) time per week Tuesday and Thursday ii. Collection from up to sixteen (16) points throughout the client offices iii. Ship to vendor and complete all shipping and work order paperwork iv. Distribute back to end users when returned v. Maintain the logbook vi. Proactively managing all calibrations and preventive maintenance activities to ensure improved instrument uptime vii. Measuring and meeting agreed upon service level agreements to drive instrument and program performance, including periodic evaluation during Business Review meetings viii. Analyzing key performance metrics to facilitate continuous improvement and generate additional cost savings Freezer Management i. 400 Freezers (GMP and Non GMP) ii. Annual coordination of freezer defrosting supported by client with identified groups iii. Manage all work orders from GFMS (non GMP) and Maximo (GMP) iv. Coordination of activities: Transfer of contents Decontamination End user needs BMS alarming v. Check maintenance and emergency response information at the time defrost to update BMS sticker, owner information, department, contact information, etc. vi. Establish one designee per department to directly coordinate with vii. Liaison between end users and approved supplier(s) to the client standard for replacement freezers at end of life for existing freezers viii. Maintain accurate logbook of records and corrective actions
