Chipton-Ross is seeking 4 Procurement Analysts 2 located in Mesa, AZ
Our Client indirect supply chain teams are dedicated to enabling one of the world's leading aerospace companies by developing cutting edge sourcing strategies and negotiating long term partnerships with our suppliers. Achieving this requires a laser sharp focus on internal customer needs, supported by a robust digital toolset. The Digital Strategy team is seeking a business process and systems analyst to help support our internal customers through basic troubleshooting as well as continually improve our efficiency through the innovative use of basic business technologies like Microsoft Excel and Tableau.
We are seeking someone who can help us with process improvement and who has a propensity for technology (no true technology background required). This person will be asked to learn how to provide support for systems by maintaining access controls, helping get suppliers registered, routing tickets, etc. This person will also provide basic customer support functions that require coordination across multiple groups and will be expected to help the team innovate new ways of accomplishing their goals. This person will get a month of training on our processes and systems when hired before being expected to perform the role.
Analysis and Synthesis - Preferred - Novice
Analyze Software Problems - Preferred - Novice
Customer Service - Preferred - Intermediate
High Level Analytical Ability - Preferred - Novice
Relationship Building - Preferred - Intermediate
MS Excel - Required- Intermediate
Excel VBA programming - Preferred - Novice
Accredited Bachelor's degree or at least 7 years of experience in a customer service or technology support role.
8 AM - 4:30 PM
The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by the client.
