Prepares, develops and coordinates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.
Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to:
-Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
-Critical Path Analysis.
-Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
-Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis.
Provides weekly status and reporting.
Conducting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits.
Duration: Sep 24, 2018 to Sep 20, 2019
Must have 15 Years relevant experience with Bachelors Administration or STEM degree; 13 years with Master's degree.
Scheduling experience a MUST.
Certifications: PM, PMP or SP - required.
Expert knowledge of Aerospace Industry and Defense Acquisition programs.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project or Scheduling Software.
Expert knowledge of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development, baseline, and management.
Expert knowledge of Earned Value Mgmt (EVM) principles.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Ability to perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis and make recommendations to solve problems.
Ability to create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership.
Ability to effectively work with multiple functional teams, supplier teams, and the Program/Project Manager.
Bachelors Administration or STEM degree, or Master's degree is required.
