Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Systems Engineer located in Huntsville, AL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a contract to hire project.
To support Modeling and Simulation (M&S) integration and documentation activities within the Lower Tier Project Office. Primary responsibilities will be providing technical support for all phases of M&S integration requirements and component development; conducting independent technical analyses, evaluation, and assessment of weapon system M&S and associated Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) requirements, requirements documentation, requirements verification/testing, and generating technical reports and briefings. The successful candidate will have an understanding of requirements management functions including crosswalks and traceability between M&S and weapon system. This candidate will support the Lower Tier Project Office in M&S integration and test working groups and provide assessments of M&S documentation under review.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must be familiar with system performance assessments, requirements analysis, and Microsoft Office. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills. Previous Weapon System M&S testing and integration experience a plus.Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and/or Air and Missile Defense (AMDS) experience desired.

EDUCATION:
Accredited BS in Science, Engineering, or Math and 2 or more years of experience are required.
