Chipton Ross is seeking a Inside Sales Representative for an opening in Hawthorne, CA

Position Summary and Responsibilities
At present, we have an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative. This high-profile position is dedicated to increase revenue and provide account management for existing and new customers. We offer a fast-paced, high energy environment with a commitment to leadership.
" Identify and qualify opportunities within your assigned account base and interface with customers to promote the Client product solution.
" Provide day to day sales support including: creating quotes, the tracking of purchase orders, communicating with the outside sales channels, working with finance on credit issue, reviewing backlog with the operational team, along with other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing and Sales
" Develop and maintain professional working relationships with key OEM and Distributor Customers, Sales Representatives, and Regional Sales Managers.
" Meet and/or exceed Departmental Sales Goals: Regional Bookings and Billings, monthly forecast, REP design win strategy and Distribution inventory turns.

" 3 years of experience working as an Inside Sales- Customer Service or related business experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in an electronic component background working for a manufacturer or with the distribution network.
" Excellent verbal communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
" Excellent written communications skills that will explain the business opportunity
" Solid customer service skills that will respond to client inquiries with in 24hrs.
" Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with regular interruptions to meet tight deadlines.
" Capability to work in a team environment that includes engineering, operations, quality and finance to complete pricing and design proposals.
" Must exhibit reasoning and/or problem-solving skills and be versatile in selling/closing at all organizational levels.
" Energetic Self Starter who enjoys working in a team environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft software applications with specific emphasis on Excel, Word and Access. XA and MAPICS experience a plus. Proficient in Outlook.
" Working knowledge of customer portals; such as Exostar, Supply Win, DLA
" Familiar with Aerospace Industry standards on purchase orders. (FOB Point, Quality Clauses, DFAR clauses, Terms and Conditions, Export classifications)
