Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist D for an opening in Everett, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Using sales driven data, develop and implements tactical and strategic action plans to drive growth at multiple stores throughout Everett and Renton. Work with supplier to ensure the correct product mix is available at each location and initiate product transfers. Merchandise select stores as needed to accommodate sell through and process freight as needed. Assist in planning and implementing seasonal floor sets and marketing updates. Collaborate with supplier to ensure all sites visual presentation and store inventory meet the Employee Service Center standard by completing monthly store visit reports. Work with urgency to resolve issues and assist customers over the phone, through email and within stores. Coordinates safety, housekeeping or maintenance issues.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High school diploma or GED and typically 7 or more years’ retail experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Employee Service Centers Stores in Everett and Renton 3 days in Everett and 2 days in Renton

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
