Description
Chipton Ross is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Acton, MA.

Job Description: Provide assistance cross-functionally to support both HR and Sales Operations with administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
o Assist HR with weekly headcount reports and metrics.
o Support HR initiatives to include execution of Site activities, which may include planning, organizing, coordination, and communication.
o Publication of Monthly Newsletter.
o Track new-employees and exiting employees and work with HRM on appropriate on-boarding and exit processes and procedures.
o Assist in annual audits of the North American sales evaluation inventory.
o Receive, evaluate, and answer sales force and customer sales issues, inquiries, and correspondence to include, but not limited to product features, pricing, and shipping information. o Assist with Strategic Account pricing and administration.

Requirements:
o Associates Degree in Business.
o 3 - 5 years' experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
o Excellent MS Office skills; primarily MS Excel.
o Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
o Ability to maintain confidentiality.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
o Associates Degree in Business.

Schedule:
o Full time, first shift.
