Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Equipment & Tool Designer 2's located in Tukwila, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Client Additive Manufacturing and Prototyping Lab is looking for early career individuals interested in working in fast paced environment. Work is emergent, high variety, and high impact. Individuals will be expected to work independently and as part of team to accomplish tasks and must have a get it done/figure it out attitude. The goal of this position is to identify and test fit candidates with the hope of finding individuals who will make a good permanent addition to the team at the end of the contract. This is not a guarantee of continued employment and candidates would need to apply to and interview for any permanent position.
-Part cleaning
-Build set-up and take down
-Part finishing
-Customer interface
-Use of hand and power tools
-Use of computers

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Ability to Follow-up, Ability to meet deadlines, Ability to Work Independently, Ability to Work with Others, Mechanical Aptitude.

OTHER SKILLS:
Machining, Mechanic/Technician Exp., Tool & Die Maker, Wood finishing, Woodworking techniques and properties, and Woodworking tools.

EDUCATION:
Accredited AA degree in related discipline and typically 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
