Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Test Technician for an opening in Orlando, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Test functional performance of, subassemblies, and parts as specified in process documents. * Connect units to be tested to test equipment. * Record test data. Able to work with little supervision and assist and/or train support staff. Assist in troubleshooting of hardware and/or test equipment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Mechanical and Electrical Hands on experience testing various missile components or equivalent. Must have test experience in lab environment as well as contracted test facilities. Must be familiar with environmental testing (thermal, vibration, shock, vacumm). Working knowledge of thermal chambers, vibe tables and altitiude chambers. The candidiate must possess moderate electrical/ mechanical ability. Must be familiar with multimeters, oscilliscopes, function generators, etc. Ability to read test schedules, work orders, wiring diagrams and schematics to determine testing procedures and equipment used preferred.
