Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Finance Assistant for an opening in Pittsburgh, PA.

The position will provide support to the Portfolio Management Finance Team. Key responsibilities will include generating reports and aiding in the billing/collection process with our suppliers

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate ad hoc Cognos, Access or Excel queries or other reports as requested.
Generate and aid in the collection of supplier provided funding.
Provide support in the month-end close process.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention-to-detail.
Ability to successfully multi-task with time sensitive situations; ability to effectively prioritize projects and tasks.
Driven to meet or exceed deadlines and expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of prior work experience.
Proficient user of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.). Experience with systems (e.g. COGNOS) preferred.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
