Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Process Development Engineer (2) for an opening in Alpharetta, GA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop processes to optimize efficient process flow, reduce process or product variability, improve process capability and improve employee safety. Evaluate current processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop process improvements for high efficiency and cost effectiveness. Develop and maintain process optimization and validation programs for continuous improvement. Research and recommend new technologies in support of “The Factory of the Future”. Ensure that process techniques are in alignment to achieve department and organizational strategic goals. Development and continuous support of Manufacturing Procedures and Product Work Instructions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Familiar with SolidWorks modeling and 3D printing to develop manufacturing process assembly tools. Familiar with ESD/FOD prevention and reusable packaging material applications.

EDUCATION:
Accredited BS in Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
