Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler for an opening in Bothell, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position requires regular sitting, handling, walking and standing. Position requires eye-hand coordination and specific vision abilities required including close vision and color vision.
Ability to select and use common hand tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools and wire cutters.
Ability to grasp, hold and manipulate small objects repeatedly and for long duration.
Assemble, align and test complex electro-mechanical & electronic subassemblies according to product diagrams, schematics or samples.
Effectively communicate to Supervisor, Engineering and QA.
Assist in other operational areas as needed including Assembly, Inventory Control, Packaging, or other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Candidate must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions:
(a) Can get along with co-workers, peers and upper management without exhibiting behavioral extremes.
(b) Respond appropriately to coaching from trainers, QA, and supervisors.
(c) Must be energetic and have a positive attitude.
(d) Must be able to read, write and communicate in the English language.
Experience preferred but not required, will train the right candidate
Self-motivated team player with ability to work unsupervised for lengthy periods of time
Detail oriented
Ability to interpret assembly instructions and test procedures
Operating common software to use workplace systems.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
