- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Employee Development Specialist 3 in Renton, WA.
Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives. Designs and develops course content and instructional materials. Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements. Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives. Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance. Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes. Perform classroom delivery of courses in aircraft assembly disciplines such as Sealing, Electrical, Mechanical and Fiber Optics assembly specifications.
Accredited Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Local travel only between various Puget Sound area sites.
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
