Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Material Handler for an opening in Oldsmar, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs manual and clerical Stores, shipping and/or receiving duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, and other devices, as well as computers to maintain data. Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment. Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials; prepares records of materials shipped and bills of lading; routes materials to destinations. May lay out, fabricate, and assemble nonstandard shipping crates and boxes, and prepare parts and tooling for special shipment. PC skills and SAP experience preferred. Perform material warehouse duties, storing and issuing of material.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Prior SMT kitting experience required • Prior warehouse experience • Must own and wear approved safety shoes and other PPE as required • Must be able to lift 40 pounds unassisted • Experienced with working with hand tools • Good written and oral communication skills • Good computer skills

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
SAP experience

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
