Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facilities Analyst 2 for an opening in Kent, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The summary and scope of this temporary position with our Facilities & Asset Management (F&AM) team will be performing a physical inventory of Company assets at the Kent, WA site and entering the information into Excel. The selected candidate will work with our F&AM team in the 18-61 building in Kent, WA and work closely with the experienced Project Administrator that is managing this project who will provide the majority of direction on this particular project. The candidate will also be interfacing often with the F&AM Site Manager, Property Disposition group, maintenance analysts, and members of our maintenance team who will assist in locating Company assets. Candidates may be required to access catwalks and other hard to locate areas so must be able climb stairs, possibly ladders and maneuver in areas that may have obstructions that need to be negotiated in order to access the assets.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE:
General business knowledge, Microsoft Excel required. Maximo (maintenance management system), Facilities knowledge or Property Management experience is a plus.
