- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Quality Systems Document Control Administrator for an opening in Allentown, PA.
Applies Good Manufacturing Principles and Good Documentation Practices in all areas of responsibility
Demonstrates and promotes the companies vision.
Assist personnel with the creation and updating of company procedures and forms that govern work processes. This includes editing and routing of documents for review and approval.
Assist with archiving process.
Assist with audit preparation and audit support as required.
Maintain all GXP Documentation
Maintain SOP Indexes such that they are accurate and up to date.
Initiate the periodic review process for controlled documents by their due dates.
Maintain new naming conventions and cross referenced documents are up to date.
Update iComply as needed to support internal FCS training requirements.
Support other business needs as required.
A minimum of 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical or related regulated industry.
Experience with Quality Systems (i.e. Quality Control, Quality Track Wise, etc.).
Experience with an electronic Document Management System (e.g. Documentum, Master Control, Pilgrim, etc.) for the managing Quality System Document role.
Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal guidance in a fast paced environment.
Good communications and diplomacy skills.
Strong background in Documentation Management processes.
Ability to work effectively within various electronic document types and provide assistance and guidance to authors when requested in relation to these documents.
Accredited Associates Degree.
