Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 MP&P Engineer 2 located in Huntsville, AL

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists with definition of requirements for materials, parts and processes used in the manufacture of products. Drafts specifications and other documents to manage the deployment of materials, parts and processes. Assists in evaluation of emerging technologies for potential application to business needs. Assists with development and qualification of new materials, parts and processes to meet requirements. Performs routine tests and audits to qualify suppliers to applicable requirements. Conducts routine analysis to determine reasons for failures of materials, parts or processes. Assists in implementing corrective and preventive actions. Develops computer and production systems to satisfy user requirements. Works under general supervision.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Engineering standards - Required - Intermediate

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years' experience or a Master's degree with experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
7 AM - 3:30 PM
