- Chipton-Ross is seeking 11 Human Resources Gen 3's located in North Charleston, SC.
Culture & Development delivers solutions for engagement and development and provides opportunity so our employees are more motivated than our competitors. They assist with career planning and development activities, diversity & inclusion resources and support, enterprise Leadership Development Program support, improving leadership skills, succession management support, transitioning new leaders, deploying Boeing Behaviors and developing an engagement action plan.
Career Growth & Employee Movement assures selection, promotion, movement and retention of talent through the employee life cycle. They focus on employee movement, exit management, hiring process support, onboarding, promotions, reduction in force, team lead, temporary manager and workforce planning. They assist with employee classification/audits, leadership interview support & selection coaching, market-based salary offers, onboarding new employees and position management.
Performance & Wellness drives performance and productivity for moments that matter most. They coach managers and employees on establishing performance and development goals, provide guidance to managers on addressing performance concerns, establish Performance Improvement Plans, manager support for early intervention programs, track and administer Drug Free Workplace, handle illness injury and absence management, conduct fact finding and employee corrective action.
Prior experience with Workday is beneficial, but not required.
Accredited Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Full-Time/First Shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
