- Chipton-Ross is seeking an Office Clerk for an opening in Torrance, CA.
In this position, you will be responsible for preparing, monitoring and submitting Amex and personal expense reports in Concur.
You will also provide general office support including answering phones, taking messages, fielding/screening incoming calls, filing, copying, scanning, printing, clerical work, etc.
Additional responsibilities will include planning and coordinating external and internal events, working with other assistants to provide general office support and back up coverage as needed, and other duties as assigned.
You must have at least two years of Office Administration experience and be able to manage multiple tasks.
Selected candidate will be able to focus on delivery within tight timeframes and ensure quality output, pay great attention to detail, be organized and a team player.
Ideal candidate will be familiar with Concur/AmEx travel.
