- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Health Services Admin for an opening in Mesa, AZ.
Review, analyze, and reconcile candidates who have been offered positions with the client and drug test requests and results. Research various internal and external IT systems to determine if drug test was ordered, completed, and resulted in accordance with policy. Update systems with accurate, detailed information. Data entry of result dates, results, and expiration data for applicable drug tests. Assist Drug Free Workplace team with verifications of drug screen collections and collection sites. Update databases with current collection site information including hours of operation, locations, and services offered. Various general office duties in support of the Drug Free Workplace Program Office such as filing, sorting, shredding, and record reviews.
Detail oriented - Advanced Level
MS-Office Products - Intermediate Level
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
- Attention to detail with ability to quickly learn processes and independently problem solve.
- Experience working in a fast paced team environment.
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
