Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 IT Procurement Agent 2's located in Mesa, AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops sourcing strategies, leads negotiations (governing terms, scope and pricing) and manages documentation of contracts and agreements in support of IT software (licensing, maintenance & related services and support). Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. Prepares and executes various agreements and documents including, proprietary information agreements, software license agreements, terms of use, technical assistant agreements, among others. Manages supplier relationships and communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

TRAVEL: YES
Potential for limited ad-hoc travel (2 trips per year)

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
