- Chipton-Ross is seeking an Associate Business Analyst for an opening in Carlsbad, CA.
Administer user access to Sales Platforms. Assist in basic issue resolution. Identify opportunity for Platforms enhancement & process improvement. Perform analysis/data investigations on request from various areas of the business related to opportunities and/or other data items. Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams translating business requirements to IT processes. Support the Year End project in rule writing and validation. Assist in the continuous effort of documenting processes.
Strong Excel skills required. Familiarity with SQL queries.Understanding of Sales Operations roles and workflow.Experience with Cognos and Siebel.Strong communication and organizational skills.Able to work independently, multi-task, and maintain focus on the goals at hand.Maintain professional composure in a dynamic work environment.
2-5 years of sales operations and financial analysis.
Accredited Bachelor's degree or AA, preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems or Business Administration
