- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Business Process Analyst 4 located in Renton, WA
Client's Human Resources Team is seeking a SharePoint developer to work with our team in Renton, WA. In this role you will be responsible for receiving input, documenting requirements and implementing a SharePoint solution for our HR Governance processes and establish processes and tools for management updates and reports.
Develop new SharePoint sites/sub-sites, applications and enhancements
oDesign and implement SharePoint sites ensuring access, reliability, availability and usability to current and new users
oIntegrate SharePoint with processes, workflows, e-mail alerts, data visualization, relational database management and/or data hub to connect multiple data sources for business intelligence
oForm creation (possibly dynamic based on the type of person doing the request or what they are requesting)
oAutomation/routing to various databases/lists/people
oSecurity - ability to set up advanced security for example giving someone access to fill out a form but not see the underlying database or only see the entries relevant to them (while still making sure the data writes to one source)
oDesign - making entries points look appealing
oReports generation within SharePoint or external (Tableau knowledge a bonus)
SharePoint 2010 software development experience - Required - Advanced
o5 or more years of experience as an Analyst supporting business application
oUnderstanding of business analysis principles, processes, techniques, and workflow
oDemonstrated skill in designing and coding application User Interfaces
oOutstanding verbal and written communication skills
oExcellent presentation and white boarding skills
Additional Qualifications a plus
oKnowledge of Tableau
oMS Visio skills.
Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
