This position is needed to support communications (all forms) for Integrated Shipbuilding including composing basic communications, making SharePoint updates, SharePoint support for permissions, basic web design, graphic design, presentation building, event support and coordination, change management support and staff-type requests from the program office.
Writes, edits and prepares internal company publications and communications. Selects, writes, and reviews editorials and special articles. Develops, recommends, and maintains editorial policy. Interviews to obtain items for publication and to verify facts; assigns or approves artwork; and approves final proofs and page layouts, and websites. May coordinate production and distribution activities.

Liaison: Represents organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations. May develop and deliver presentations.

Bachelors in related field and 6 years of relevant professional experience.; or 4 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree.
Experience writing organizational communications including email, one page summaries, presentations, executive communiques etc.
SharePoint site-building and permissions experience required.
Adobe Photoshop (basic) experience required.
Adobe Premiere (basic) experience required
Advanced PowerPoint experience required.
General Office suite including OneNote, Outlook, Word, Excel experience required.

Bachelors in related field OR Master's degree is required.

7am to 3:30pm OR 8am 4:30pm
