Chipton-Ross is seeking a Government Property Analyst located in Urbana, OH

Actively deploys Property Procedures and Policies in maintaining Government approved business systems that are fully compliant with Government, customer, and contractual requirements, as well as pertinent Aerospace policies and procedures.
Abide by specific objectives or statements from contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs), contract deliverables, and outcome metrics.
SCOPE: Tactically supports the responsibilities of Property that impact the Aero site's business system compliance, which affects the ability of the site to qualify, perform, and invoice Government contracts.
Actively supports the sites Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) audits, and Self-Assessment requirements in accordance with the Property Outcomes and Requirements identified within the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), specifically FAR 45 and 52.245-1.
Supports Property objectives, work plans, and delivery schedules of Property Functions.
Actively builds relationships and depth of knowledge within the Government and customer asset management communities.
Actively supports and ensures execution of corrective action plans.
Supports the tracking and compilation of metric data and Property Management Self-Assessment data.
Supports cross functional groups to assure Property Compliance Practices, Policies and Standards are adhered to.
Actively participates with site stakeholders to implement process changes affecting cross functional groups.
SCOPE: Tactically supports the requirements identified within the sites Statement Of Work (SOW). Responsible for maintaining and working to site budgets, provides requirements in updating and generating new Basis Of Estimates (BOE’s), cost/benefits analysis and risk assessments.
Supports operational budgets aligned to year-end contractual goals, and tactical responsibilities to audit performance from various compliance auditors (internal and external).
Tactically supports multiple local KBRwyle contracts under delegated authority with multiple functions that contribute to services of Global Asset Management (GAM) for Honeywell Aerospace.
Supports implementation and execution of multiple KBRwyle contracts.
Supports job family strategies used to perform work.
Responsible for providing input into developing new Global Asset Management (GAM) services and opportunities.
Responsible for providing improvements opportunities in site processes, and cost reductions.

Strong organizational skills and experience with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) audits, knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), specifically FAR 45 and 52.245-1
Greenbelt certified or the ability to obtain Greenbelt certification.
Strong PC skills especially with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Familiarity with SAP, eQUIP or electronic data tracking databases is recommended.

Accredited BS degree preferred with 2 or more years of progressive experience. In lieu of formal education, 10 years of related experience. NPMA Certification Required. Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.
