- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facilities Analyst 1 located in Jacksonville, FL.
With supervision, monitors existing contracts of a noncritical nature to determine compliance. Follows preestablished processes to monitor schedule dates. When directed, communicates with internal and external suppliers to provide information regarding adherence to scheduled activities. Under direct supervision, collects and logs accurate information, runs standard reports, and maintains records per record retention guidelines. May perform some elementary analysis using developed tools. Receives and inputs internal and external customer requests for services and goods related to buildings, equipment, and systems. With supervision, supports the processing of requests to meet customer needs through predetermined criteria. With supervision, follows preestablished guidelines to ensure that configuration control is maintained. Generates plans, acquires materials, and schedules services for facilities activities. Communicates with internal and external suppliers and customers to provide information regarding adherence to scheduled activities. Must be able to Plan, schedule and execute task using the Microsoft suite.
1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED, 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
