Description


Chipton Ross is seeking a Accountant for an opening in Grand Prairie, TX.

Responsibilities
Assist accounting team with various functions and processes
Analyze & create backup for Commercial Policy rebilling to corporate
Analyze and track comments for Cost on Non Quality Monitoring with Shop/quality
Complete LUR balancing checks to ensure proper clocking practices are applied
Monitor Invoicing daily to ensure compliance with IFRS15 rules & ensuring no backlog of invoicing that should have been processed
Review and adjust Average cost of individual parts to keep average cost accurate
Perform Internal control audits (audit contracts, invoicing, gross margin, etc. to ensure processes in place are checked & giving a good financial result)
Support General accounting project to assist with aligning intercompany seller positions to align positions and avoid variances during the closure process
Support daily processing of contracts administration (assigning contract numbers, posting signed contracts, mailing completed contracts, etc.)
Other Projects as assigned

Requirements
BA Degree
3+ years of experience
