Chipton Ross is seeking an SAP Training Coordinator in Acton, MA.

Job Summary:
Our client looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to support an SAP implementation.

Responsibilities: Critical administrative tasks, coordinating facility logistics/equipment/training aids and maintaining information in various systems. This role will support training staff in a variety of ways, such as providing support materials, administrating processes, and purchasing.
"Create and maintain a training schedule for SAP Implementation
"Update and create documentation as needed.
"Track and maintain training log on training participation.
"Familiarity with operating media equipment, such as projectors, display walls, DVD players, and more.
"Coordinate facility logistics/equipment/hospitality/training aids for training events.
"Oversee member reservations for the training programs, follow up via phone and email
"Act as the point person for general inquiries and provide customer service

"Applicants must have at least (A) two years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional, administrative or managerial experience in coordinating training programs, business administration, business management or public administration the major duties of which involved program management, program administration, program coordination, program planning and/or program analysis
"Candidate should be energetic, a self-started, proactive and resourceful
"Ability to organize events with large groups of hands-on participants.
"Ability to execute full training cycle from planning to evaluating.
"Flexible and positive attitude
"Excellent project management and organizational skills.
"Excellent verbal and written communication.
"Public speaking and presentation skills
"Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and a willingness to learn all computer software that is required to create training.
